If you have any variations to your booking that can't be submitted here (e.g. one person is staying for 4 days and 2 people are staying for 6) please enter it in the space labelled "Further Information" and this will be reflected in the email and quote we send back to you. This will save you having to fill out the reservations form twice or more.

Further Information
On submitting this form we will respond with availability of rooms and/or beds requested. Completion and submission of this form IS NOT a confirmed reservation.
Terms and Conditions
We will require VISA card details in order to confirm all reservations in double or triple rooms, and for reservations in dorm rooms that we deem necessary.
You will be sent a reservation form once you have sent a booking enquiry that needs to be completed, hand-signed and returned to us by fax, or by scanning and emailing it in order for such a reservation to be confirmed.
The credit card will only be debited for the full value of the first night's stay in the event of a "no show" when an email cancellation is not received up to 72 hours to the arrival date. Please note that we must receive an email from you in order for the reservation to be cancelled.
Changes to a reservation up to 24 hours prior to your arrival are free (check-in time is 12 noon), but are subject to our availability.
Extensions of your stay are welcome, but are subject to availability.
